The beers of Brasserie Bellevaux are not filtered and not pasteurized. They are naturally slightly cloudy. This involves a yeast depot on the bottom of the bottle. Throughout the year we produce the blond, Brune and the Malmedy Triple. In spring and summer there is the quenching Blanche and in autumn and winter there is the snappy Black with its striking cream foam collar. In addition to the seasons, we brew special cuvées like the TPA (Tom’s Pale Ale) and the Indian Summer.
