Municipal Label trails

In September 2018, the municipality of Jalhay obtained the “Commune pedestre” label initiated by the SPW and implemented by the non-profit organization “Sentiers.be”.
Jalhay is the only municipality in the Province of Liège which has obtained this distinction with “3 baskets”.
Our town has +/- 270 km of small public roads accessible to all, 1/3 of which is part of marked hiking trails set up by the Jalha- Sart Tourist Office.
Thanks to the work of volunteers and the municipality, Jalhay received this magnificent label which encourages smoother, more ecological, more accessible, more secure and better health mobility.
So, put on your sneakers and come and enjoy our trails and roads in Jalhay!
